Product Overview
Lemon flavor is a fruity food additive with a fresh lemon scent. The lemon fruit has a sweet and refreshing aroma, similar to other citrus fruits, with a cool undertone. Its fragrance components include a significant amount of pinene, γ-terpinene, and α-terpineol. The best raw material for blending lemon flavor is lemon itself. The lemon flavor used in water-based formulations requires the removal of terpenes from lemon oil before use.
